The F.E.A.R. technique is mostly a for funsies thing done in competitive battles, and having more than one is a bad move. Needing to use Foresight to be able to deal with a Ghost type is a bad strategy all around. Don't get me wrong, you team can be whatever you want it to be, however, you need to consider the fact that A) The post game fun battle parts do not let more than one of each of the individual items distributed among your Pokemon, so only one Pokemon can use Focus Sash (I do not remember if the battle stations on Black/White are like this, though, so if not, then that would no longer be a problem for that) and B) There are many counters to this strategy. Opponent sees Ratatta, opponent either sends out Pokemon with Sandstorm or Blizzard Warning or uses Sandstorm or Hail and the Ratatta is gone after that first turn, never able to finish out even one Pokemon. Another counter, faster, stronger Pokemon has a priority move, like Quick Attack as well, but this one has been trained, meaning it has more speed, as such, their priority move goes before the level 1 Ratatta's Quick Attack, and Ratatta is gone that way as well. ^^'
