Lol, certainly! And I was also thinking "song" as a suffix because she likes to chatter constantly with her friends; she's not very quiet at all unless she absolutely has to be. (Hunting/ambushing/clan meetings/ect;)

I wouldn't recommend -song, as it doesn't mean anything in this system; -whisker indicates a cat skilled at hunting, which is why I suggested that. She is your character, of course, but I am here to give traditional naming advice.

Quailheart- He is usually a small tabby and white tom and is a very skittish, nervous cat. He tends to flee from battle but when you threaten his friends and family he can stand up for them. He can be slightly clumsy too.

Wolfsong- Large, muscular smokey grey tom. Usually friendly and brave. He has great leadership skills and is not afraid to speak out in front of the clan. He tries peaceful ways as well and is wise.


Redfern- Reddish orange she cat with green eyes. She in gentle and a motherly cat. She wants to help out in anyway and can sometimes get in trouble for being in the way. She is usually a queen.

Snakewhisker- tabby tom with really long whiskers. He is bold and straight forward. He is brave and a great warrior. He is loyal to his clan and family (most of the time it is Spottedmaple and Icewhisper)

Lynxstep- small little tom, usually a spotted tabby. He is soft spoken but wise. He is a good hunter and tracker and can move silently through the woods effortlessly.

I am going to assume you mean brown tabby-and-white? In that case, his prefix is great, but I'm not sure about his suffix. -heart goes for an outspoken cat, and determination to be heard doesn't seem like it would coincide with skittish, nervous behaviours. Jumpy people usually avoid confrontation.

Wolves aren't found in England, so unless your Clan is found elsewhere (which I am ready to presume, with your inclusion of lynx-), the prefix won't work. However, if it is located in North America or northern Eurasia, this is fine (again keeping lynx- in the equation). Moving on!
-song isn't accepted in this sytem, and I'm not entirely sure what it would mean. If you're using it for his being outspoken, you'd be better off with -heart. He sounds like a -heart cat.

I think you've pretty much just given me the stereotypical -flower cat, and this is the suffix that would fit her best from what you've told me.

Again, I'm going to assume that 'tabby' means 'brown tabby', in which case his prefix is fine.
I'm not sure about his suffix, however. -whisker indicates a cat with excellent hunting abilities, not long whiskers. I'm not sure what suffix to suggest for him (see below).

Usually a spotted tabby? Anyway, I'm going with brown again. Lynx- works if you're not in the UK, but I'm not sure about -step. I don't think I know enough about lynxes to judge on that, as -step is used to indicate a cat that moves and seems to display personality traits of the animal their prefix is for; as you may have guessed, this is a very rare suffix, used correctly. It sounds like it make work for your cat, though. If not, I would go for -whisker (hunting) or -nose (tracking).

As a note on all of these: I'm not sure what suffix would be best, because you haven't told me anything abou their skills, other than Lynxstep, and skill is what suffix comes from, more than personality.

A light colored brown tabby tom. His coat is almost a creamy tan. He has a white chest, belly, and muzzle. His eyes are a light green color. He is a friendly, playful, and joking cat. He always likes to have fun. He is an extremely social cat and never stops talking. He has always been climbing and jumping off things since he was a kit. He is a skillful climber and is very good with hunting in trees. (I have been calling him Kestralwing but I want new names for all the cats.)

A light ginger she-cat with large white patches along her sides and chest. She his large golden colored eyes. She is blind in one of her eyes. This she-cat is usually a quiet cat that doesn't speak much. She has great authoritative skills and can control a large group of cats in a panic. She is very strategic and observant and can create amazing battle plans. (Originally Dustgaze)

A spotted orange colored tom. His thighs are striped. He is a bengel cat. He is friendly, easy going cat that makes friends easily. He can get mad really fast however and when provoked he can do damage. He is a fairly good fighter, not a very good hunter however. (Originally Newtpelt)

A silvery white colored tom with extremely thick dark stripes. He is not friendly and tends to be self centered. Most cats dislike him. A thinks he is better than the others and often times makes fun of other cats for mistakes. The tom is an expert fighter and hunter.

A solid black, medium furred she-cat. She is usually a medicine cat. This she-cat is sweet, loving and always helpful. She never wants to let a cat down. She can be slightly skittish however. She has always loved kits even though she cannot have them. Her skills lie with her nose. She can find any herb in the forest.

I don't like to give advice on prefixes, so I'm just going to give suffix suggestions, if that's all right?

Light brown tabby tom: Definitely -tail. This is given for agility, climbing ability, etc, and it definitely fits this cat.

Ginger molly: I don't think she fits neatly into any one suffix, so I'd say -fur, -pelt, or -stripe.

Spotted ginger tabby tom: This depends on how good his fighting and hunting skills really are. -claw is for cats exceptional at fighting, -whisker is for strong hunters, and -fang is for cats with about equal skills in both. I don't think he fits -fang or -whisker, so depending on what his fighting skills are like compared to his Clan, he may also be a -fur/-pelt cat. I do think he could also fit -storm, so you may want to read up on that here.

Silver tabby tom: -fang, definitely. As a side note, silver tabbies are bred for, and not likely to be found in the wild unless he has recent kittypet ancestry.

Black molly: -nose! She sounds like her tracking ability is excellent, and that's just what the suffix is for.

I hope this was helpful! If you tell me what you're looking at for prefixes, I can help validate that as well, but since you're looking at a North American setting, I can't just send you to Ailuronymy, and I don't want to start looking for all the flora and fauna that could fit your cats.

Extraordinary hunter and fighter. Ginger tom with amber eyes and white patches on his body.

Rabbittail-

A molly with brown tabby fur. Tail is short from a accident with a fox as a apprentice. Fast and skinny.

Frostleap-

A tom with white fur, and paws, tail, and spots. Has strong legs and can leap high.

Applefang - What do you mean by 'ginger with white patches'? Is he bicolour? In that case, you should look for a more fitting prefix. If it's only small amounts of white, his prefix is fine. His suffix is excellent as well.

Rabbittail - Her prefix is great, but her suffix doesn't really work. -tail indicates agility; if you want a name-change name, you have to change the whole name, so it would be something like Halftail, Losttail, or Missingtail. Otherwise, go with a regular suffix; in this case, your best bet would be -foot (or possibly even -step, if you want to look at that).

Frostleap - Please explain what colours the paws, tail, and spots are? I'm not sure the prefix is accurate. -leap isn't an accepted suffix in this system. Perhaps you should look at -tail?
