Tokyo Jungle. It's a great game [though you'll have to download it from PSN not sure the price now a days.] It's couch co-op too!

There's also a free sim online called LioDen. I've heard many good things about it. It's basically "be the leader of a lion pride" game. I've been wanting to try it out myself.
