If you're going to compete, you can't be a judge but you certainly can help out.

I think they should be submitted anonymously. There should be two-three judges, but given our limited numbers, I believe two judges should do so more can compete, if they wish.

Sure. And that's not a bad idea. But wouldn't we know when they post their art?

Perhaps there could be one person that everyone can send their art to, then they could send it to the judges, and when the process is done, the judges will post the top three picks?
