A-Actually, isn't that backwards? The sex is what someone has 'down there', aka why you're calling Grelle a male. Her brain is that a females, thus making her a girl. It's.. um.. actually kind of offensive to say, because they have male parts, you wouldn't call someone a girl if they identified as such. Even if it's not something you mean to be offensive, it still is? It's trans erasure, of what little representation there is out there, and it's a really not good thing to do.. @w@;; It makes me think of all the people who refuse to use what pronouns I ask them too because 'I have girl parts, so I'm a girl.'
It's really disrespectful, and being trans isn't ANY SORT of a gender stereotype. Grelle just happens to be a rather feminine girl, but there are tons of trans girls who might be more 'boyish', stereotype wise, ect ect. Same goes for nonbinary people, and trans boys. I know you don't mean to be doing anything wrong, but that doesn't.. um.. make it any less wrong, I guess.
