Are you looking on its stats page? If so, those aren't IVs- those are just the Pokemon's stats (attack, defense, and so on). You might know this already (if so, feel free to skip this & I apologize for over-explaining), but IVs are invisible- you can't see them in the game. Have you ever caught two of the same Pokemon at the same level (like two level 25 Horseas) and then wondered why their stats are slightly different from each other? IVs are responsible for that difference.
For every individual 'mon, each stat- HP, Attack, Defense, etc.- has an IV ranging from 0 to 31. For example, if I caught three Ponytas, one might have an Attack IV of 15, the second might have 3, and the third might have the full 31. This would have an effect on their Attack stat in the game- the first would have a decent Attack stat; the second would be considered pretty terrible; and the third would have excellent physical attack strength.
There's way more to it than that, though- IVs are pretty complicated, and it doesn't help that you can't actually see them. The only way in-game to get a little bit of information about your mon's IVs is to go to Kiloude City and speak with the purple-haired man in the Pokemon center. If he was the one who told you that all of your Pokemon's stats are equally, good, then that's a VERY VERY VERY good thing! It means your 'mon has 6 perfect IVs of 31.
Hope this helps- and again, I'm really sorry if you knew this already! I don't mean to ramble; I just want to help out if possible.
