Unfortunately, I don't believe Riolu can evolve with affection as of the sixth gen. uwu That's what is affected by Pokeamie, not friendship, which is the requirement.~
The exact thing you would have to do is raise friendship to a certain number, which involves walking around with it in your party, battling with it (but not losing!), feeding it things such as PP Up, and...well, I don't have anything else off the top of my head, but I've heard there are a few items that let it get higher faster! :0 Googling "pokemon friendship" may also yield better results (I'm on an iPad and afraid of automatic refresh, so I can't do it myself!)
I also seem to remember that Riolu requires daylight in order to evolve? This may be erroneous, as that was back in the days of Platinum.

also, a soothe bell and luxury ball may help? ;u; i heard that was the case for espeon so i guess that works for riolu?
