I don't think I'll have use for poke bank as I only have heart gold..I used to have pokemon black but I lost it when I moved (that was a sad day for me)

That and the absurd luck the AI has when it comes to status effects. I don't appreciate being paralyzed, healing it off only to be paralyzed again.
