Uhh actually digimon came first. Pokemon was made too compete with it. Or the otber way around . O.o

Would you please confirm your facts before going around and spreading lies. And no, I don't believe they were made to compete with each other, as their releases were a year or two apart, which means Digimon was in development before and after Pokémon was first released.

Digimon first came out in 1997, Pokemon came out two years before that, so it seems to me Digimon copied Pokemon after noticing how popular it was. I could be wrong and Digimon was in development when Pokemon came out, but who knows.

Edit: Apparently Digimon was a copy of Tamagatchi (if anyone, like me, is old enough to remember those).

By that logic, Yu-Gi-Oh or however you spell It must be based off of Pokemon too, OMG! And lets just say all Simulation games Involving monsters are copying Pokemon and Didgimon!

I'm getting really excited about the topic question since I'm currently working on EV training a few Pokemon. I have a few questions though.. Would the tournament be a specific tier? What are the rules? Level 100's or no? What generation would we have it on? Generation 6 (X and Y)?

The tournament would be made up of flat battles to keep everything on par.
The only banned tier would be Ubers, including Mega Evolutions until a firmer stance on them is acquired by larger communities like Smogon.
As to whether the battles would be double battles or singles I would enact a thread vote prior to the tournament.
Registration would be conducted through PM to avoid clutter on the thread and help me keep everything organized.
Each match would have a best two out of three setup.

The fourth gym was a joke. I plowed through it in 5 minutes, my Lv. 39 Pyroar wrecked shop. She got up to level 41.

Yeah, it was so easy. the whole game was pretty easy actually. It only took me a couple of days to finish the main story XD
I went to the elite 4 with level 50's and one level 70 and I beat them really easily...Except for the Steel guy, for some reason he was hardish O_o...That shield sword pokemon.
