Hm. Well, In my eyes, Zazu is a hard worker trying to please the stubborn Prince Simba and attempting to help, mostly making things WORSE.

He's a hornbill, and it is said that his mother, Zuzu, was the major domo of Uru and Ahadi, and perhaps even Mohatu.

Well, personally, I think that Mufasa and Zazu were good friends. Of course they had that boss/employee relationship, but I think they were good friends, as well.

When Simba took over, I don't think they had that close of a relationship as him and Mufasa, but I think they are ok friends. He is a great advisor, either way!

Yeah, he does worry too much, but I think it's just because he cares for Mufasa and his family. ^.^

And whimpy? He can lift up an elephant and a tower of animals in I Just Can't Wait To Be King! XD ( Just kidding! )

Not sure that a bird can lift THAT much weight. After what Zazu's been through, I'm suprised his feathers haven't fallen out.

And yeah - Simba and Zazu don't have the kind of father-son sort of realationship that Mufasa and Zazu had. Mufasa knew Zazu cared, and in returned, he cared to. With Simba and Zazu, the poor bird is pretty much the king's willing slave.

I'd say mate she is loving to simba and talks about their child hood but tells simba not to worry too much over kiara. Simba seems to do most the parenting in my opinion
