Wow....that is a very excellent question...that unfortunately, I do not have an answer...that was never mentioned in the book and therefore I have no knowledge of it whatsoever! Sorry!

Wait, the other districts have more than two previous winners? I don't remember that being in the book. I have a feeling it was explained at some point in the 1st book, but I don't have that one.

I started re-reading the 2nd book last night (I had started reading it before but only got halfway through) and I'm so confused about who coaches the tributes. I know Peeta and Katniss are supposed to be coaches or mentors or whatever for the next Hunger Games, but who coaches the ones from the other districts? If there has been no winner for a district, then who does the coaching? Or if a coach dies? Who takes over? Also, if Peeta and Katniss hadn't won, would Haymitch still be allowed to live in the Victor's Village, or would he be kicked out because they didn't win?
for your first question i have no answer but if katniss and peeta win then haymich could stay... just keep on reading and it will make sence XD. and if the other districts have more than one winner then the most recent winners are the mentors...

Well I know that all the districs have previous winners, because that, they mentonned.
Then what with the Quarter Quell and all... let's just say they all have at least two. ...Or did.
