I dont know... the first 6 books of Warriors is pretty good, it offered something new and most of the characters were pretty damn solid, such as Lionheart, Yellowfang, Fireheart, Graystripe, Ravenpaw, Tigerclaw, Bluestar, Whitestorm, Cinderpelt etc. and the plot, which stretched over the entire 6 books was exciting and well written as well. However, the quality of the books slowly began to drop with "The new prophecy"; which, I admit, starts of decent with interesting characters right from the start but slowly drops when the fourth book rolls around. But the real damn starts with "The power of three" and especially "omen of the stars" which is just.... soooo bad....
I can agree with this, though I don't really think any of them were 'so bad' - they just didn't really live up to how good the first arc was.
The Prophecies Begin was great.
The New Prophecy and the
Power of Three were ok but were ultimately quite forgetful. I only read half of
Omen of the Stars but I know it got a bit far-fetched and ridiculous towards the end, especially with The Great Battle and (spoilers in transparent text)
killing Spottedleaf for the second time because why the heck not. However, I really did not like the
Dawn of the Clans when I attempted to read them. I read the first book, thought it was a bit boring and I didn't like the main characters, and didn't bother picking up the second book from there.
I'd like to eventually pick up the rest of these books again - partly because I wonder if I'm missing out on some good moments, and partly because I hate leaving things half finished haha.
