I haven't read that duo yet, that's later in Tortall history I think... Have you read the SOng of the Lioness quartet? It's the first set. It's about Alanna the Lioness.

No. I hate reading books in order. And it was the only book the library had the first one in the series of.

Oh. I think it is good to read these in order, but you don't have to. Like Alanna the Lioness and Daine the Wildmage (Daine's from The Immortals) I kinda important sidecharacters in Protector of the Small, which I like because they are still there even though the book is no about them. But it's also good cause it means that you don't have to read in order to understand. And in Protector of the Small, lot's of Kel's teachers where students in earlier books. I love how different quartets are linked. Did any of what I just said just now make sense?

Enough. Yeah, enough for me to wrap my derranged mind arround it. I just don't have the patience to read them in order. And I have to read the last sentance of the book before I can read any other part of it. otherwise I may shoot myself.

I love that book. I've read it about 5 times now. It's just quite different to other books.

I think it's another quartet. I haven't read those yet, they aren't set in Tortall. They are probably pretty good though. What does everyone think about the Warriors books? I've never read them, and am pretty curious about them. But I see that there have been people that love them and hate them. I don't want to start a long drawn out debate, I just want to know what you guys like or dislike about them.

I LOVE WARRIORS! I only started reading them over the summer, and I am already done, you just have to get used to the fact that they are cats and they call cars mosters and roads thunderpaths etc...
