Anime Watchers or Manga Readers

Postby Plan on it Oliver » Mon Jun 11, 2012 11:25 am

Hey! On this topic you can post links to sites where you can watch Anime. Or if you need help finding a site maybe someone will help you. Maybe you want to find some good anime or manga (Hint hint: I love manga so feel free to just make a HUGE list of good manga)

Well I need help, so I'll start:

I really want a good site where I can watch animes like: Tsubasa Resvoir Chronicals, XXXHolic, Pandora Hearts, Tokyo Mew Mew and others that I happened to forget... Pretty much anything CLAMP I will watch ok?
I will NOT watch on Youtube unless it is HIGH quality (Youtube annoys me because it doesn't load fast and sometimes it isn't a super clear picture).

So please come on and share sites ask questions anything you need

I really love Clamp so you can't go wrong there (Tsubasa is the best Manga I've been reading latly), Pandora Hearts is really good its only 25 (I think it may be more) awsome packed episodes that are pretty much completly diffrent then the manga once you hit episode 10-15 some where in there it goes off to something diffrent same characts but they seperate when Oz (main character) wants to go looking for something... Fruits Baskets is good but the anime ending is a little confusing (I have not read the manga yet) XXXHolic I've only seen a few episodes of but it is really cool of what I've seen. umm Chobits is more for older teens but has a really neat story line that I love. Tokyo Mew Mew I've only read book 1 and 2 (waiting of 3) and I couldn't find a good site for it. But Luttuce is my favorite (All the Mew Mew girls have food names Ichigo=strawberry, lettuce, Pudding, Zakuro, and Mint) ummm.... I have more just lost them >.<

As you can tell from the pic name and signature im a HUGE Fairy Tail otaku. im also planing of rewatching it even though its so long.

I seen many many many anime but im trying to find one thats really good and diferent from the other anime i seen. If anyone needs any suggestion just tell me what kind of genre and i will be happy to recomend one.

A good site to watch on is WatchCartoonOnline.com
I like Death Note, but the manga is better than the anime (More Matt. But his role is short, and even shorter in the anime.)
I also like Fruits Basket as well. And Mushishi. Mushishi is darker and a bit confusing, but that's only in the beginning. It's about a guy who goes around helping people with problems relating to mushi (Go watch the first episode)
Hetalia is really funny. It's a comedy about personified nations. The first two seasons mainly take place in WWII. It's very stereo-typical, so don't get offended at your country. I prefer the subbed version. Seasons 1 and 2 aren't bad for the dub, but 3 and 4 are much better subbed. It makes more sense (Also the movie is much funnier subbed. Dub sucks)
Ouran High School Host Club is funny and light. It's about a girl who looks like a guy and stumbles into a host club at a high school and breaks something, and so she starts working with them to pay off her fee.
Soul Eater is pretty interesting. Watch it, cuz it's kinda hard to describe xD (Go Death the Kid!)
I have more if you'd like, I just can't think of them at the moment... I watch too much.

I am not a fan of hetalia I've tried to watch it at least 5 times and still every time I stop before episode 25. My friends were talking about it one day before when I wasn't loud and somewhat annoying. They said I was most like Canada because I never really said anything, a mean girl was Germany, an I think one of my friends was America (I like him how he always eats hambergers) and I forgot the rest... So I have tried! I can remember some of the things in it
Has anyone read Bride of the Water God? Its a manga, it pretty good it you like sacrafices to the gods and one becomes the bride of the water god then the water gods pas wife reappers and so ya... hard to explain
Pandora Hearts is Oh my Gosh wicked awsome I think the author is trying to end the manga withing the next 2 or three books though wich make me very sad. I can tell because they are summing it up showing thier pasts its becoming kind of slow but if you like books with a complete drop off that make you beg for more (Ex from another book but general idea: Someones arm is cut off and you don't know who's arm because there was so many people near by) this is that kind of book no joke it is just so awsome and I'm not explaining it very well... Oh! The Anime starts the same but driffs away so they end differantly
Black Bird is a continuos seriers book 15 is coming out soon coming out December 4th (about to curl up and cry origonally I thought it said it was coming in July but that wouldn't make sence since the 14th book cam out first week of June! WHY!?) but same example above applied and *Spoiler* did happen in this book I was ding to read 14 but it didn't come out for a few weeks after....

Hey! I have a Question: Is there anyone besides me who is they go to a book store and find a book come out a whole week before it was suppose to then freaks out in the middle of B&N scares their sister but running up to her and freaking out finds thier mom and freaks out then acts cool to see when it comes out on the nook only to find they have to wait three weeks? Then freaks out about that WHILE still so happy they have a heart attack on their way home with the book? Only to tell your mom about book 13 and how you were serously dying to know whos arm was cut of?
Ya up there ^ true story I was freaking about Black bird 14 was out and I didn't know. I went baserk when I thought Pandora Hearts came out early but it didn't so I was sad
