AHH I LOVE TO SEE SOME PROG ROCK APPRECIATION! My favorite genres are prog metal and prog rock for sure, anything psychedelic (mainly psychedelic rock) goes, power metal is my lifeblood and I'm a fan of all kinds of punk!! I've been listening to a bunch of new prog but honestly og prog rock is way better,,

Has to be classic rock, specifically 80s! I love the sound of early Metallica and Sabbath along with TOOL. I also really enjoy nu metal!

just about anything under industrial and it's subgenres (specifically electro-industrial, industrial metal and industrial rock) i love to death, chu ishikawa's works got me crazy into it

noise, post-punk, indie rock and alternative rock are some other favorites at the moment as well

at the moment my personal favorite genres are screamo, neon pop punk, regular pop punk, and electronica!!! anything that sounds like metalcore or pop punk but more danceable is right up my alley.

Prog rock, blues, indie rock and older punk music. I don't know if its relevant but I usually prefer British bands over American ones, their styles are more appealing to me.

A lot of prog rock fans in this thread, that's cool! I don't listen to a ton of it, but I like it.

I love trance music of a lot of different kinds- I think uplifting trance, mostly really vocal-driven stuff, is my fav, but my girlfriend loves hardtrance.

I am also really very partial to drum and bass, with liquid being my fav subgenre but I love ultrafunk too. Occasionally neurofunk, but I'm really picky with it. I mostly love Noisia and some of the artists on DIVIDID.

Oh also, I have to mention acid house/acid techno stuff. I'm mostly just a big electronic music nerd at heart. :'3
