That's an adorable character! The whole costume looks like it would have to be sewed, I wouldn't suggest buying anything but the wig, and it looks like your have the rest of the costume figured out. c:

two-headed boy, there's no reason to grieve
the world that you need is wrapped up in silver sleeves,
left beneath the christmas tree in the snow,
and i will take you and leave you alone,
watching spirals of white softly flow,
over your eyelids and all you did,
will wait until the point when you let go

I'm researching the cosplay rules right now. :D

And I hope I emailed the right person~

AND, if the plan falls, where do I get wigs *fairly* cheaply without too much of a quality drop?

You can find some cheap black wigs here, and you can find some bald caps here. I can't find any other actual Skrillex wig...

I'm sure there might be a store you can get them at. I wouldn't get them online unless you absolutely have to. It just sounds gross.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wANCUoQMP58
^ that is a link to a video by cosplayer Mango Sirene. (She has a lot of super helpful cosplay information videos on her youtube channel/tips on her blog. That video is on circle lenses and she has links in the video to various sites that sell more than just circle lenses if you don't want circle lenses. (i suggest circle lenses if you are going to be taking a lot of pictures) I myself have never used contacts so I can't tell you firsthand about those sites but everything else Sirene has recommended has been exactly the way she described.
Also if you don't want to order online, a lot of korean stores sell colored contacts. The only downside is that the styles on limited. You'll have a lot more options online.
