Franziska or Godot?

I really can't decide. I really like both. They each have their ups and downs, though. Each of them have their own unique personality.
They also each have an item that symbolizes them, such as Franziska's whip or Godot's coffee.

Here's another question for you guys—Dual Destinies has been getting a ton of fan backlash recently and I was wondering what all of you thought. Some people have even said it's the worst game in the series—even worse than AJ and JFA.

Really? Is it because it has an M rating? I thought Dual Destinies was good, with the introduction on new characters, such as Athena and Blackquill. Honestly, I didn't know that the game received backlash. I really don't see why it could be the worst game in the series.

No, I haven't seen anyone criticize its M-rating since its initial release.

I actually think the criticism come from the final case in the game being one of the weaker ones. The plot twist with Fulbright was cool, but everything else wasn't as good as other finales. I mean, if you compare it to final cases in the trilogy, or even AAI, GK2, and SoJ, Turnabout for Tomorrow's not that great in comparison. They're saying most of the cases are boring, I think. A lot of people are mostly cool with Athena and Blackquill, as far as I can tell.

Case one was boring (Apollo getting assaulted was pretty exciting, though), case two was bad, case three was great, case four was what was case four again? And case five was meh. Everyone loved case six, including me. Case four usually gets lumped in with case five, for obvious reasons.

Case Four in Dual Destinies was the one with Clay Terran's death. It's with Cosmos and Starbuck.

Yeah, I can agree that Case Three was interesting. And Case Six (the DLC, right?) was also entertaining. Turnabout for Tomorrow, as you said, was technically worse than the other final cases, but it did kind of tie up loose ends (except for the Phantom's real identity). There were many other good final cases in the series.

By the way, going off topic a little, I finished GK2 (well, the walkthrough ).
The final case of this game, in my opinion, was totally more interesting than Turnabout for Tomorrow.
I mean, really, having the Simon Keyes be the mastermind was quite shocking.
The situation with Fulbright was also shocking, but the situation in GK2 was more interesting.

(Sorry for straining your eyes with the small text )

Yeah, I really liked The Grand Turnabout, basically the plot twist was great for me and it had a "What the heck?" expression to got with it.

Honestly, I don't think that Dual Destinies should have received that much backlash. Sure, constructive criticism would be helpful but not plain old yelling everything about the game thing. I liked Dual Destinies, however it wouldn't be one of my favourites.

I think there is a reason why everyone likes the Case Six DLC........ Cross examining a whale instead of a parrot. Two parrots.

In the two years I've been a part of this fandom, I've never really seen any backlash for DD. There might've been a few people complaining about small parts/separate cases, but not the game as a whole.

My own take on DD is usually a bit more positive than others, due to it and PW:AA being the first games in the series I actually played. Man, I need to stop going through series out of order...

Don't worry. I go out of order too.
By that I mean I start all of them at once and then I finish any of them at random times.....
Oh well.

DD is being put through the wringer on Reddit and Court-Records. I haven't seen anyone's criticims of it. I'll probably ask over on CR.

Ah, CR and Reddit... two sites I never spend time on. I would be on CR if the setup was less confusing. Anyways, I like smaller communities like this one more than larger ones. Anyways, the only real connections I have to the AA fandom is through here and Tumblr- That's probably the main reason I haven't heard anything (if there is actually anything to hear about, that is)

I think I spoiled all the endings of the games in order, at least. Good enough, I say!
