Taking a downloaded picture and putting it on trade rules

Hi! So i've been trying to make a collage full of my dreamies and so far it hasn't worked out. I think I finally found one that works but I have to download it. Is there anyway that I can put it on my trade rules? If not, where can I find a good website to add my dreamies on so that I can put it on my trade rules?
