MORE BBCode Help ((UPDATED!!))

okay, so now I am having a new problem with BBCode,,, since this thread hasn't been locked I decided to just edit this one instead of making a new one.

someone here is doing my thread coding for me since I don't have the energy/mental capacity to do it myself (plus I'm very new to it).
ANYWAY, so we keep having this problem with the coding looking drastically different from windows to Mac. with one of the posts, the code was completely fine on Mac but with windows the boarders wouldn't line up correctly. but now I'm on my Mac and one of the other posts' code looks WAYY out of whack... so I guess my question is, if there a way to make coding look uniform for all platforms? and why is it such a huge difference? I know it's kind of confusing...

different browsers have different page sizes. i'm not 100% sure, but i believe there's no way to change the coding unless you can make it all smaller?
