signature help! please!

how do you upload a photo into your signature and make it look good? i feel like there has to be a easier way, the photo is never the right color or it makes it like 2000 characters long cause the address was way to long? aaa i wanna add a picture to my signature. ty for any help!

my best suggestion for the super long urls is downloading your image,
and putting it onto an image hosting site like Imgur or Imgbb.
That way you can get a much shorter url you have to paste in,
plus it tends to be an easier way to get back to the image in the case that you need it again.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the color being off as putting an image onto the site should not affect that at all?

Image hosting sites usually work well, but don't use something like tinypic as they eventually delete the images. A few other image hosting sites have this issues, as they won't host the image permanently.

I personally upload all my signature images into my tumblr drafts since I know they won't be deleted there! But I suppose that's only an option if you have a tumblr or a similar way to save drafts of some kind online. ;w;
