I started my own adoptable things, but I don't know how to make them age up with bbcode? Is that possible? Thank you!

hi, that's not possible with BBcode. (on this forum)
you'll have to use a website that rotates images, for example https://sig.grumpybumpers.com, and use the [img] code like normal

With the link above, the image would just be randomly selected out of multiple?

yes, but it uses images you provide
so for the first couple of days, you could use only the baby image (so it'll display only one image) and when it grows up, you replace the baby image with the adult image
