deciding to make a site,,

so, i decided i wanted to make a website- a rpg site, at that. one set in a historical period, possibly victorian era. because i have no self control. why do i think i have no self control, you ask? i dont know how to code. at all! i also have 0 money so i couldn't pay someone to do something for me. id have to learn things. i've already made the site, and i have no one to help me except like one friend, so if anyone would be willing to volunteer their help, i'd very much appreciate it- whether it be with coding, moderating, etc!
