All you need to do is upload the image, so save it to your computer, then in 'option 4' where it says resize your image, you can just move the white dot across the blue line to choose how small you want it to be, then at the bottom just click resize image and you're done.

if it makes it any easier for you, there's a site called lunapic that allows you to resize it by simply adjusting the corners! here's a straight link to the resize option.
