hey guys I have a coding question, yeah i know it's stupid but i can't find it anywhere!

i know the <head> stuff vut there's a website that lets your photo to swap every time you refresh a page. thanks!

I personally use this site to make my rotating avatars. c: It gives you all the instructions. It works for pictures in signatures also.
