Mods can lock please

Hello! I'm trying to create a new signature, but I've run into an issue. If anybody knows how I can fix it, I'd appreciate the help!

So I've got some gifs in it, and in the editing page they look like they're in the right spots, but in my actual signature after my post i dont think it shows up the right way. this is what it looks like in the editing tab;


from what i can tell, this is how it appears after posts;


so my first problem is the little border i added inside, one of the sides isn't attaching to the rest, but now my other problem is trying to find out why it looks different in my editing tab and after my posts. I want to add text inside the border and the space in the bottom left corner and the space between the two gifs on the right side, but i just need lots of help in general. Anything will be appreciated!

I would attempt to sort out the coding for you, but it seems your image links are bad or not working?
It's interfering with the coding I'm trying, So it won't look right.

Could you update them or perhaps make sure they're correct?
