Click the windows button, on your keyboard or screen, [bottom right hand corner], then you come up with a menu showing all your applications, underneath which is an arrow, click it. The at the top right hand corner is a search box, search 'snipping tool'

Thank you so much! I still don't know much about Windows 7 since i'm used to the old version, but I'll soon get used to the newer version. I don't even know if this is Windows 7 or Windows 8 XD Although i have one question, which section should i chooe from? settings? everywhere? files? where????

Ever wanted to make a stamp like this without pixlr.com?(pixlr cannot support gifs!) Well I'm here to help!

You will need to get onto free online image editor(oie) on the last post on the front page is free stamp line arts. Select one.You will need to take the image brackets off, so you only get the url left. Then you can either save the stamp line art to your computer or copy the url code. Then upload it to oie.

You should get something similar to this:

Then decide if you are doing a gif or picture stamp. Go get the picture or gif you want, I will be using a gif.(But you can't tell because the screenshots are frozen.) Then at the top, click the wizards tab.Select overlay.
A thing on the side should pop up that looks like this:
the picture/gif you are using needs to be saved to your computer for this to work. Upload from your computer.
You should get something like this:(that's my polar bear gif) You need to drag the picture/gif you are using over the frame, then click and drag the 'resize frame' button till the pic/gif fits perfectly inside the stamp line art. Once you've done that hit apply, and there you go! Either save it or copy the url,and upload it to a image hosting site!
