my favorite character has always been ravenpaw. i appreciated that he was portrayed as shy and anxious, since that was something i struggled with a lot when i read the books for the first time, and i thought it was really sweet how firepaw and greypaw helped him to get safe!!

Hmm I was always draw to Jayfeather, and I thought it was because "edgy and different" but as I've grown and learned more about myself and how I watched and learned, I realized I was trying to figure out why he was the way he was.

My favourite character is absolutely Yellowfang. Her story is so sad, I remember really enjoying her special edition when it first came out. I also adored her design.

The cat(s) I choose are as follows:
* Sol - I liked how mysterious he came off as and his personality. Although, yes, he is the villain I was sad to hear his story and how he grew up—told about the warrior clans only to be rejected from SkyClan and the lake clans, rejected by even the humans (if I recall correctly), and left by his mother?? It’s not that huge of a surprise he ended up bitter and wanting to get revenge. I also really love the designs people have made for him and all the maps are gorgeous.
* Brambleclaw - notice the claw part? I’m not a huge fan of his leader arc but I was a huge fan of when he was a warrior/apprentice and the similarities between him and Firestar and the struggles between kin and the cats who accepted you is also quite interesting (at least to me).
Firestar - just a given. I liked his arc but didn’t really like how we didn’t get to see him that often after the first arc leading his clan. It just felt like he was there?? Anyways, I love the designs people made but also just loved his personality and his ability to see things from an outside view—something the clans all needed at the time.
I don’t know much about Nightheart but he is also one I really like as of recent. He sounds cool and interesting and I’ve heard theories of him becoming a leader—just not in thunderclan, which is really cool and would kind of honestly be awesome to see.
Also Darktail was pretty cool (if not ruthless). Yeah I’m noticing a theme with villains and hero’s lol.

in all honesty, i think my favourite has always either been scourge or leafpool! scourge is just a character who's stuck with me since childhood -- he's been the coolest to me forever. just the basic ol' fella who has strayed so far from canon in the fandom that he's nearly an entirely different character now. leafpool-wise -- i just think she's neat! i own a leafpool charm irl too, she's holographic with little stars :> i like her 'cause she's interesting and her life is a little tragic, though has its' beautiful moments too.

My favourite character is Yellowfang. I was so devastated when she died. I love characters that act like her, and her story was, in my opinion, one of the most interesting.
Another cat I love is Ravenpaw. I don't know how to explain why, I just find him quite similar to me.

I had such a hard time picking my favorite, because the first arc especially had so many good characters,,, I think the one that came to mind was Ivypool. It was really cool to see her side of things because she wasn't the main character in any aspect, she was just a plain cat while her sister was always in the spotlight. I liked the change of mind about being evil.

i remember reading the first book when I was in 2nd grade, and i've had a huge obsession since,, like roleplaying on forums and owning as many books as possible. i love Ravenpaw, because no matter what he faced, even when he was scared, he knew his friends depended on him and vice-versa. I also love the implied relationship between him and barley, and just overall am so proud of him. Even when he died, Starclan realized he deserved to be a warrior, but truthfully, he already was, and I love him for that.

Man warriors was such a nostalgic thing for me, I used to read it on the floor of my dads office, i remember it was the new prophecy that i was reading because it had midnight in it. The first two series left a huge impression on me, and I think my favorite character had to have been yellowfang. She was just so compelling, I loved her story and it was so deep and life was so harsh on her but she never stopped being a caring, kind soul even if she was a kind of crotchety old woman later on. The entire plotline with brokenstar was captivating to me as a kid, like a total rollercoaster of emotions and on top of that, I loved firestar a lot so the impacts she had on him meant a lot to me, and I was totally devastated when she died. I also really liked scourge, because I mean, the story of a weak little kitten who did everything to even just be precieved as strong falling to his own huberis? Its just something that was so interesting to me as a kid! Warriors storytelling absolutely shaped what kind of stories I think are the most neat, and character tropes and attributes I like the most.
