Entering the raffle for #14

I was diagnosed about six years ago and since then have done my best in what ways I can to advocate for the community. Most often that being sharing information with neurotypical people.

I'd like to share a term with you:
Special interests (SI): It's a sort of fixation for us. Something that makes us happy to learn about and experience. Personally my current special interests are snails, writing, Halloween, and the gothic subculture. 3D animation is a former special interest.
A term along the same vein as this would be Infodumping, which I don't think is exclusive to the autistic community, but as the name would imply it's sharing a lot of information on a subject you're passionate about.
