hello there, my username is kaeli! i go by kae sometimes and my previous usernames have included jessuki, flurries, lyrics, and lots more! i'm just your average shy girl in the United States. although my homework pile never seems to end, i love playing virtual sites like chickensmoothie in my free time ^u^

Why do you want them?
i don't exactly have a cool answer, sadly. i guess mainly because i took a long hiatus from cs. i gifted all of my valuable pets away and it wasn't until recently that i decided to log back onto this wonderful site and see how everything's been running! i was having a rough time getting back on my feet until i decided to do some offsite trading. now, my pet collection is slowly increasing!

currently, it's a bit difficult for me to try and restore my store pet collection. i can't buy c$, but i love love love store pets and these griffin ones are just absolutely adorable! hopefully one day i'll be able to own more store pets, but at this moment, i'm not exactly 'rich' enough to get more store pets without trading the ones i have ;o;

Which Griffin is your Favorite? Why?
in my opinion, this is a tie between the pps griffin and the brown griffin! i understand the baby one is the most sought after - i mean, how could one not love it with its pastel colours and tufts of fur puffing out? however, the brown one is super cute as well! with the hints of red in its fur and those piercing golden eyes... aaaa <3 i love the hair too! it definitely stands out from the others for me.

What are you Going to do with Them? (Please Do Not Lie):
hmm.. well, if i were to win, i'd definitely introduce them to my other pets in my "★ always" group! this is where i keep my beloved store pets. although it's a measly amount right now, maybe it could increase with the help of these griffins haha <3 i haven't gotten around to naming my pets yet, but maybe once my finals are over i'll have the extra time! i'm not really into using items and dressing up, but i just might have to find some cute dress-up ideas for these pets!

i know i can't lie and say i'll keep them forever or something, because i'm 99% sure that won't be true. i will, however, try to keep the griffin(s) for as long as i can. hopefully in the end, when it's their time to move on to a new owner, i could pass them on through gifts just like you're doing!

Why do you want them?: There's a couple reasons why I'd be absolutely thrilled to get these cutie pies, and why I'd like to receive them. First off, Griffins are undoubtedly one of my favorite mythical creatures, up there with dragons and the Fae, and I can't really recall, except for a few exceptions utilizing the dog base, that there have been many Griffins released on the site. I adore these pets' designs (I think it's super cute that each one has a slightly altered beak, each one from a different bird like an eagle, a parrot, potentially a falcon, etc. and subtly different feathered ears), so from a purely aesthetic driven perspective, this set is full of a mythological creature I've been fascinated with since a young kid. I amassed quite the assortment of Griffin stuffed animals and plastic figurines, and soaked up any book, story, myth, legend, or movie I could find involving them. I just love the color palette chosen for each one, from soft, fluffy pastel, to harsh, intimidating umber and purple, and these could easily become some of my all time favorite pets on CS. Thirdly, while hybrids, these are technically part lion--and use the lion and lion cub template as a base--and my biggest goal since joining CS has been to collect all of the lions released, and after that, all the cats, dogs, and store pets (or at least the ones I really like.) It's admittedly a sort of shallow reason, but this is a site partially centered around trading and collecting, and I'd really like to collect the Griffins, haha. I don't have a super deep or profound reason for wanting them, and I didn't want to lie, so my reasons are as I've stated. ^.^

Which Griffin is your Favorite? Why?: For me, it's a tie between the PPS Griffin, and the dark, umber Griffin. I'm a sucker for pastel colors (as you can tell), the PPS template is one of my favorites on the site, partially because I think the art is lovely, but also because I adore the concept and Peter Pan will always have a special place in my heart, and I especially love the PPS lion cub design, which was used and modified for the store pet, so the soft, fluffy cubbin definitely ranks high among this set for me.

However, and this may be an unpopular opinion, but I like the dark brown one just as much. Aside from pastel and PPS pets, my favorite designs and color palettes on CS tend to be dark, macabre, spooky, and brooding, and this Griffin sort of encompasses that feel in my opinion. From the subtle purple hues, to the hints of black, and the vibrant, bright splotches of gold in the eyes and beak, this is what I envision when I think of a Griffin. Fun fact, in fifth grade I drew a flag for both the Capulet and Montague Households for the grade's performance of Romeo and Juliet, and I chose to draw a similar Griffin for the Montague family flag, and a dragon for the Capulets.

So, yeah, it's a tie. I like them both equally. :')

What are you Going to do with Them?: I won't promise that I'll keep them forever, because I can't guarantee my interest in CS will remain unwavering, but I can promise that while I'm invested in this site, the Griffins won't leave my account. I don't trade pets I don't have duplicates of, and this is especially true of lions, cats, and store pets, because I'd like to one day collect them all. Plus, I get irrationally attached, haha. I have to admit that I'm not someone that does a ton of dress ups, but my favorite pets do tend to get decked out occasionally, and I may use some or all of the Griffins as a welcome committee to my collection or trading rules. They'd all certainly get names as well (something I'm admittedly pretty uncaring about with other pets.) Mostly, I'd just be super thrilled to have them.

When the time comes I'm ready to permanently leave CS, I'll hold a raffle with my best pets, and if I were to win this raffle, the Griffins would be included. I'd gift them to another member I thought would cherish and appreciate them. :')
