Hello, I am looking for some one to make me a fursona. I have tried but I find it super hard ><

So what I am offering to the person whos design I like the best is this pet here;

So the pet is a re-release of a 09 Rare

Some things you will need to know;
- I like yellow, blue and brown
- I would prefer blue eyes
- Brown or red hair would be nice XD
- I love flags
- I like things that other people would not like
- I like history
- Feathers would be nice
- I would like it to be basic, but unique

I would like it if the design could somewhat show these characteristics;
- Bubbly
- Outgoing
- Colour
- Happy
- Loving
- Warm
- Stuborn
