Specifics: This is an old character I've had a reference for ages for and I've never really done anything with her. Thus, she doesn't have a name, yet. She's a lot less serious then in the image. As far as the texture of her goes, I never really decided if she was furry, hairy or scaly. But I would guess that she was hairy with it going furry around her neck and chest. Her horns would be scaly. I guess you could just imagine a giraffe with funny feet, tail and horns c:
