@runnningblaze I can dit that. But from the ref you have m its a match. I base colorings on the refs. If its a good ref, awesome. If its not, then there will probably be problems.

Correction. IN the reference you posted, you cannot tell what the colors are excpt on th tail where there is no shading. I did what I saw there, based on the reference, because you can clearly see the issues that are posed with that reference. Shaded refs are no good unless the colors are easily recognized, as your ref did not do.

Plase do not tell me what is and is not clearly noticable, because evn Ezio said that it was hard to see the colors. As it was, it doesnt even look like its white in the spots you mntioned, it looks tan. If you honestly have a problem with this fact, you can either provide better reference or go somewhere else for your art.

I am sorry that I have to say that, but the amount of references I get that make colors hard to get out numbrs those that have easy to see colors and designs, but no one else complains because they understand that when you post a reference lacking a bit, that there are small things that will probably be different.

RunnningBlaze, please understand one thing, if possible. Artists will use a reference to the best of their abilities, and the shade of tan vs. white in your reference is extremely hard to understand. I'm not even an artist in this shop and all I ever saw was tan in the spots. Please understand this! Most artist's wouldn't take a reference if it's shaded, and Dawny was willing to do so anyway. She'll edit it to the best of her abilities!

Id like to make a note. All I did was change the color of the shading. Th shade color was tan, and over the lighter color it made it appear the same as the base.

THis simple change makes it clear that there is the lighter color, and makes it so much more noticeable, as well as shows how key shading is.

I'll replace the archive on with this one.
