2 points = 1 very rare
1 point = 1 rare
1 point = 2 uncommons
1 point = 4 commons
1 point = 8 very commons
Payment example
For a regular image (15 points) you can offer =
3 very rares (6 points) + 4 rares (4 points) + 4 uncommons (2 points) + 4 commons (1 point) + 16 very commons (2 points)

* Complicated designs are designs that have many intricate details like lots of complex different colored markings, many items of clothing, double wings, etc. I'll let you know if you have a character which I find complicated, so you can decide if you want to go ahead with the art or not.
