Hello hello! I finally have something to offer! I can model a 3D coin with a headshot of your character and an inscription on the back using Inventor 2018.
Examples:

I am not offering to print it, only to model.
The coin is 1.5" in diameter and .125" in width~

Color?: depends on whether it affects the printing process at all? Basically my local service apparently only offers black, red, or white plastic, and of those my preference would be black - but if the model can be in silver/grey and it’ll print fine anyway, then I’d like silver!
