Per the statement provided in the standard DCAY (draw character above you) thread:

I'm sorry but staff have decided that we will no longer allow DCAY to run under the premise that we cannot prevent users from being scammed out of artwork. We do not allow "Gift the user above you" threads involving CS pets, closed species adoptables, etc. so it does not seem fair to allow DCAY to operate when it is based under the same premise.

We want all staff actions to be fair across the board, so I hope you can understand why we have made this decision. Unfortunately it is very easy for users to get scammed out of artwork and staff cannot intervene when this happens.

I'm locking this thread, because it follows the same premise
