it's back slightly facing towards us with the tail and shine fully visible, and the character is sitting in one of these(way more colorful) on a carousel, with a ferris wheel in the background. The whole carnival is dark, save for what looks like millions of colorful lights from all of the rides.
It's a big ask, I know. Sorry.
