Hello, Chicken Smoothiers! Chicken Smoothians...? Chicken...never mind. Anyway, I'm looking for art of my (currently unnamed, I could use some help with that too) puppy gangster!

He is a small american eskimo dog puppy (although you may draw him as an adult, that would be appreciated) with light blue eyes. He wears a dark brown fedora (which, if you're drawing him as a puppy, is way too big for him) with two light blue feathers. Lastly, here is a small song to describe his overall personality.
