I'm not sure you understand what I meant for that type of icon/avatar. For the custom pet/character avatar you're supposed to give me an image that you have (e.g. a cs pet or some art of a character) and I'll pretty much just border it. I can add a few animations, like hearts and sparkles whatever but not to the image that you give me.
