mostly background: ruined city at sunrise/sunset/moonrise/moonset (bright disc highlighting city)
small foreground: hill with road leading to city with rusted out old vehicle on side of road. Sitting in foreground as a small figure, staring at the sunrise (or whatever you chose) is this anthro form of this character
