this Kiamara? (you said to ask, so I hope this is okay! xD)
Thank you for asking! People never seem to read that part, haha. She(?) doesn't look too bad. One of the main reasons I don't like drawing fantasy species is because their designs and colors (the layered shades of many color in different intricate designs, lighter spots on a darker body, gradients, and the like) are often extremely difficult to replicate in traditional art..... and in addition to that, I often don't really enjoy drawing them- since I tend to have a more realistic anatomy style than most artists, these species make me struggle, since many are not distinctly feline or canine.
So, basically... yes, I think I could handle drawing this one without hating myself the entire time, haha. She does have a gradient going on, and a little bit of that lighter-markings-darker-body, but to a far lesser extent than others do.
Also, this is not directly to you, Arrows, but I'm going to say it here, since it does apply to you and tink, burninflames, and anyone else that happens to stop by here after I post this-
I will be leaving for school in a few days. I am a resident advisor, and we have intensive training for two weeks- 7 AM to 7 PM every day. After that, classes begin. My time to draw will be limited, and I'm not sure how scanning will go. I DO have a printer at school with me, but I'm not sure what kind of quality of scans it takes, because I haven't tried scanning with it ever.
Everyone that commissions me is generally very patient, and I don't worry about that too much, but I did want to make it known now. My turnaround rate for art varies greatly depending on the time of year and what classes I'm taking- anywhere from a couple hours to a couple weeks- but I do try to complete anything time-sensitive quickly enough for the commissioners.
