Payment must be wishlist pets! Non wishlist pets will be accepted IF they are rare or above, AND from 2013 or before.

Do you do...?
"Do you do customs?"
Yes!

"What is a custom?"
A character created by your preferences

"I don't like my first custom..."
That's okay! I can always redo the character with a different design once *first custom will be revoked if 2nd custom satisfies requirments

"Do you do gift art?"
Sure! I trust you're all good apples and don't steal art or characters <.<

"Do you do tryouts?"
Yes within a reasonable date.

"Can multiple characters be in one photo?"
Yes!

"How much art can I order at once?"
I currently have no limit and also offer art credit where you can pay in advance and get art at a later date.

Where is it?
"I only ordered a headshot... Where's my art?"
It's possible that I have a long list, you can always pm me with questions or concerns you have.

"You missed my deadline "
If you gave me a reasonable deadline I missed it for whatever reason, then you are eligible for a refund, or another character will be drawn in its place as soon as possible along with a free sketch/headshot for the trouble.

"When will my art be done?"
Anywhere from less than a week to a month depending on how long my list is. PM me at any time for an update!

Regarding payment:
"When should I send a trade?"
Some people wait until I accept their form and others send it immediately after posting. Either is fine Just make sure you at least say "art" or "payment".

"I don't feel comfortable paying first. What then?"
You can send as a trade and I won't accept until after a sketch is made (Please pm me first.)

"Why do I gotta pay first?"
This is a faster way to get your art with no issues in the future. And if for some reason anything gets lost, your payment says what you ordered of what character. It lets me see you did pay first therefore get priority and then I don't have to double check every single customer. Imagine holding 10 trades and suddenly one gets auto cancelled... Yeah.

"I didn't like my art! Refund??"
Sorry, but no... If I feel like I did badly I will offer a redo of the character. This has happened before.

"Can I have leftover credit?"
Yes! Just let me know it is NOT a tip and that it is overpay to store credit in my shop. It will not expire (unless I quit CS), please save message (screenshot/copypaste) of me confirming you have store credit with me. (I will have this too!)

"Are there more ways of payment?"
Yes! I take date swaps, CS pets, CS items, C$, FR gems, trades, and CS event tokens. I may also take: adoptables, service for service, or even FR dragons or items.

"Should I tip?"
You're never obligated to, nor do I mention unless you say "I'm willing to pay more if;" and it's not necessary to the art you're ordering.

Complicated design- a design that I find hard to draw
Family Photo- a drawing of four people
Feral- on all fours/quad (opposite of anthro)
Fullbody- drawing of the entire character
Group picture- a photo containing three people
Headshot- a drawing of a character's head only
Ref- short for "reference" (a drawing showing a character in detail)
Ship- couple
Simple Design- a design that I find easy to draw
Sketch- pencil drawing of a character
Tail shot/paw shot- a drawing of a character's tail or paw
Time sensitive- has a contest deadline to meet
Token- event currency on chickensmoothie
Tryout- character that you're competing for

Scheduling:

How I schedule myself:
Bump topic/search through artist thread.
PM people/accept orders
Sketch all orders within that time period.
Go down the list in commissions.
Once I start getting near the end I repeat.

How your schedule will probably go:
Day 1: commission/form/payment
Day 2-15: I get around to sketching your commission
Day 15-30: I get around to finishing it completely
Day 30-31: it's sent!
