[Sub-Rules]

-Unless otherwise noted, your art must be fully colored and complete (background optional). This just means no half-colored, half-finished scribble.
-Must have clear usage of layers (no fill bucket tool)
-Traditional art is acceptable so long as the colors are still present in a BW scale (not just lineart).
-Traditional art must be photographed neatly and in quality. Scanning preferred, but if with a camera, center the camera perfectly above the image.
-FREE. No payment expected or asked for. What you get in return is art.
-Keep conversations in PM rather than commenting on here.
-You may only use other's lineart with their permission and with proper reference (tracing and/or editables)
-While claiming is fine, you must have the reference up within 15 minutes of your post. Other uses have the right to supersede your claim if you do not get the reference up in time (take the claim from you, basically skip you)
-Art must be recognizable as the user's character, involving both species and markings. This is up to the thread staff to judge.

Just a random rules reminder!
This isn't targeting anyone specific, so please don't worry <3 \

I would just like to highlight a few specific rules:

-Don't accept art if you know you can't finish it to the best of your abilities. If you can't draw cats, don't agree to draw someone's cat.[/list]

This applies to everything. Don't claim humans if you can't draw humans or have never drawn a human, then claim it was due to 'inexperience' that your art is uncolored, unfinished, unrecognizable, etc.

-You must own the character you are asking for art for; no tryout art. Requesting gift art is fine.

Please pay attention to this rule specifically.
A character from a TV show, anime, movie, comic, fanbase, fanfiction not written by you, book, etc. is NOT your character.
Our staff will catch you if you try and put this past us. We are very attentive, and as there are a lot of staff and members that scroll this page often, chances are one of us will recognize that your character is stolen.
Also, an image off Google Images is not your character.
Unless the character was designed, bought, won by, or gifted to you, or something along these lines that would give you rights to the character, it is not your's.
As a bit of a sub-rule to this, do not claim that you drew your character if it's by someone else, or otherwise mis-credit the artist of the reference you're posting. While we do not require that you cite the artist when you post, you cannot claim that your character is 'by you' if it was drawn by another artist.
