No problem! If I do take your order I can also keep you updated on stuff and show you what I've got before animating so if you need me to make any changes I can do that. I generally try to keep everyone updated on where I am with their art, its more so with fullbodies, but usually show at least a sketch with headshots, and in this type of case I'll usually check in a couple extra times to make sure I'm getting everything the way you want it ^^

I'll be 24 hours in about 5 hours, I'll see where I am on the current orders and decide on how many I want to take at that time, but it'll be at least 3, and no more than 5. Just responding to a few people below to answer questions/clarify stuff, if I didn't respond to yours then your form is good so far.

I just wanted to note that if I do take your order, I'd probably only be able to include the string for the necklace unless you want it floating/swinging up or something so the star is showing. It hangs pretty low and I generally don't include much of the neck in headshots to begin with, so with it just hanging it would fall out of the picture.

I could do a simple floating type animation, but considering you already have bounce down it would seem redundant and wouldn't really add much considering I usually charge an extra '09 rare (or like 7 tokens) for that type of thing.

I'm usually pretty open to art trades, I just prefer med-high quality art, and most of my characters are non-canine so you'd have to be alright with that. Right now though since I'm doing all this for the event I'm too busy to do an art trade, and I'll have 2-3 fullbodies to finish up afterwards. And generally after events I'm a bit burned out and have to take a break (plus finals first week of May). So honestly right now isn't the best time, but if you're really interested I'd say PM me in early May and I should have less on my plate then and be able to let you know if I can do it then.
