Oh it's different in flash, you have to change your brush setting to "color in selection"
Once you select your brush tool, it should be at the bottom of the tool menu
You use your pointer tool to select the area you want to color, and use the paintbrush to color it C:

I'd do 3 with Cleanlines+Color+Eyeblink or 5 With Cleanlines + Color or 7 sketch C:
Or you could do 2 with eyeblink and 2 with cleanlines
