Ignore the hairstyle on the ref. The contest is to give her the hair, horns and eyes you think would suit.
My idea involves her drawn with the horns of the Arabian Oryx.
Her eyes would be #999977. Her hair would be #332f2e and this style, without the accessories. The hair on the end of her tail would be slightly curly as well.
Accessory-wise, she'd wear a feather circlet/headband, like this. Another, bigger gold feather would be tied to her tail.

My deadline is the 16th of July, so no rush. :3
