For whitelist, how do I know when I can place orders?

I may be no mod, but I am whitelist. And I order when its open and just dont pay. But dont order all the time. Just order occasionaly, when you think is right (ex. Order next opening, but not the next two, or etc.)

I know I am super late in replying to this, but thank you soo much again for this amazing artwork of Kimora <3333 I am in love with her puppyness and the cute little blanket that she is showing off ^^ Gah, thanks so much again and it is too bad I missed your last opening. I really want to order another custom for another character of mine so as soon as you open up again, I will be back ;]

Merry: Actually I've planned on changing that^^ those on my vip list can place an order whenever they want, but it's up to them to decide when it's a good time doing it.
Like for me it isn't a good time if I have a ton of ordersXD but lets say I'm having more than half of the orders done, then it's completely ok with me if any vip list person places an order, even if I'm closed:3

Pitchblack: it's so fun hearing that^___^ I had really fun doing Kimora as an puppy:3 and puppies carrying blankets are just so cuteXD

on another note, gonna change the forms slightly, nothing muchXD and add a new form for something that will happen next opening~
Because... unless I do 2 versions on more drawings like I did on ImpossibleRealitys, I'll be up in 300 finnished orders in totalXD (double versions included)
