Honestly depends on how long you like waiting, if I could do it or not. XD
It's probably gunna be a month or so before I get through the current 3 CG slots, since I get severe hand pain after holding my tablet pen for too long and I haveta take a lot of breaks. I'd charge the same for a 100x100 avatar as for a fullbody chibi, only because I actually haveta draw the fullbody chibi and then shrink it down to 100x100, and you do get the bigger art too. Only thing different would be the proportions, which likely will be ~1:2 heads instead of the longer proportions I normally do.
Now, if you wanted just a headshot, which would fit into the box a lot better and be cheaper, that's gunna be much easier to do, and since it's easier to finish and I work on all CG slots at the same time, it will be finished sooner than a fullbody.

Edit: You would have to wait for a CG slot if you want fullbody, by the way. D=
