Alise- cat form
(The main reference for the form of the cat is a pet of this; I couldn't find the real name for it so the CS model will have to do. Except there's no cheetah or tail stripe pattern to it and the puffs at the neck are less defined due to her having human hair.) XD:

Rather long fur, but not so long as to touch the ground. :3 The fur colour is a dark navy blue, and where the cat's back stripe is, hers in sky blue/teal. She has sidebangs that clear her eyes but swoop across most of her ear, these are also navy blue. Her eyes are hetero chromatic; one is a shiny sky blue, while the other is a deep chocolate brown. The tip of her tail and her paws are white and have a jagged line where it stops being white and is blue instead, rather than a gradient.

She sometimes wears white hipster glasses (those are optional; if you can put them on and have them look good, awesome, if not it's no big deal} and also has some longer hair that she usually flips to one side behind her that reaches to about where cat knees would be. (like this, but on the cat, and the long hair is on the side we can't see.) XD Some optional accessories that would be great if you could fit them in are a glass beaded sky blue and pale lime green bracelet, and a clarinet standing next to her.
Extra: The payment I set meets your standards, but if I really like the outcome, I'll more than likely add onto it.
Pose: Just her standing there, looking behind/back at her as if someone's coming up to her tail.
Background: A sky blue dapple like the one in your example would be great. ^-^
Coloured Lines?: (e.g, Brown body, brown lines) Ideally, yes, but if they're black, that's fine too. (:
