Artist Needed! - Looking for Custom Image Manip

I need someone who can either do image manips, or their own artwork to make a banner and a stamp for a story thread I'm writing. I don't know what's fair payment for this, but obviously I will pay in pets here, or in any other game currency one might request(if I have it available.)
