Scene Hair/Skater cut with a hat ✔ check!
I hope that's scene/skater enough hair for you, and I chose a fedora cuz fedoras are cool!
The fedora has a red, white, and blue striped hat band. I'm only assuming you're American, since you said "army" and "I love the men and women fighting for us." If you're not American, please let me know and I'll change that. I thought to use red, white, and blue to show American pride.

Piercings ✔ check!
He's got an industrial piercing and three studs. It's the same for the other ear.
The industrial piercing and studs are red, white, and blue to continue the American pride theme.

Dark and some rainbow colors ✔ check!
I chose a dark pelt overall and added some rainbow here and there.
If you don't like the rainbow I've added, let me know and I can change it.
The stars and stripes on the tail were a sort of play off the American flag.

Amazing looks I can't exactly check this off, since it's up to you whether he looks amazing or not.

Dog Tags ✔ check!
The dog tags are wrapped around the fedora!

Chains ✔ check!
He has a chain bracelet around his right front wrist.

A bandanna ✔ check!
I saw him with a blue bandanna as soon as I started designing him, so there it is!

Big fluffly tail ✔ check!
I had to edit on a bigger, fluffier tail. I hope it looks okay!

Awesome. ^_^ I'm glad you love it! I don't design scene dogs much, but they can be fun to do. Mine might be a little less complex than a number of them I've seen, but sometimes less is more.

Can't wait to see what others come up with! My design will probably get blown right outta the water, but I had fun designing it so that's what counts.
